Payment Options
How to pay an invoice from Fisher Computer Solutions LLC, when it is due, and how to save by paying by bank transfer or check.
Effective October 1, 2026
The short version
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay are the listed price. Pay by bank or check and save 3%.
Every invoice arrives by email from Found, my business banking and invoicing provider, with a secure link to pay. You start the payment yourself, whenever you are ready — nothing is ever charged automatically.
How to pay
- 01
Credit or debit card
Pay from the secure link on your invoice, at the listed price. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- 02
Apple Pay or Google Pay
From the same link, on a phone or browser that supports them, at the listed price. Also processed by Stripe.
- 03
Cash App Pay
From the same link, at the listed price, for invoices under $2,000. You approve it in your Cash App. Also processed by Stripe.
- 04
Bank transfer
Send a transfer from your own bank to the account details on your invoice, and save 3%. It goes straight into my business bank account.
- 05
Check
Payable to Fisher Computer Solutions LLC. Hand it to me at the appointment, or mail it to the address on your invoice, and save 3%.
I don’t take Zelle, and I don’t take card payments in person — every card payment goes through the secure link on your invoice.
Pay by bank and save
The price on your estimate and invoice is the price for paying by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay.
Pay by bank transfer or check and save 3% on your invoice. The saving is for payments that go straight into my business bank account: a bank transfer you send to the account details on your invoice, or a check. Anything you pay through the invoice’s payment page, including card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay, stays at the listed price.
Your invoice shows both totals, so there is nothing to work out: pay the one that matches how you are paying.
When it’s due
Invoices are due on receipt.
Please pay when the invoice arrives. If you are mailing a check, send it promptly. Web and app projects start with a 50% deposit; how deposits, milestones and cancellations work is in my refund and cancellation policy.
There are no subscriptions. Work is billed one invoice at a time, and you are only ever charged when you pay an invoice yourself.
Card security
Your card details go to Stripe, not to me.
When you pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you enter your details on a payment page run by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Cash App Pay works the same way: you approve the payment in your Cash App, and I never see your Cash App login or the card linked to it. How Stripe handles your information is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy, and what I keep is covered by mine.
